The Essence of Yatra
The word 'Yatra' means 'to journey' or, more so, 'to go on a spiritual journey or pilgrimage'. And I believe that counselling and spiritual care are just that: a journey of the human soul and a pilgrimage of the heart. I believe in a down-to-earth, personable and open approach, where counselling doesn't need to be confined to four walls and a couch but can also be found with a coffee and a stroll or wandering together in our natural surroundings, allowing for genuine conversations that encourage healing on your journey.
